She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management and Marketing from Concordia University Chicago and brings over three decades of professional experience in management and coordination. Her background allows her to navigate complex client needs with clarity, structure, and care.

Known for her reliability and calm presence, Janet ensures that each client experience is handled thoughtfully and efficiently behind the scenes.

Originally from Chicago and now based in St. Louis, Janet values family deeply and has been happily married to her husband, Mark, for over forty years. She is a proud grandmother of four and brings that same sense of loyalty and commitment into her work.

Outside the office, Janet enjoys reading, traveling, pickleball, walking, gardening, and cultural outings — most recently completing the Camino from Sarria to Santiago de Compostela.
