Taylor Buffington

Taylor Buffington serves as Operations Manager for Ambiance Matchmaking, supporting the systems, structure, and day-to-day coordination that keep the client experience running smoothly.

With a background in business operations, project management, client service, and organizational strategy, Taylor brings a thoughtful balance of structure and adaptability to her work. She specializes in creating clear processes, managing moving pieces, and helping teams operate with greater efficiency, alignment, and care. Known for her calm, organized, and solutions-oriented approach, Taylor works behind the scenes to ensure details are handled with precision and that both clients and team members feel supported throughout the matchmaking process.

Taylor earned her B.S. in Biology with a pre-medical emphasis from Belmont University and her Master of Education from Lipscomb University, both with honors.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys slow traveling with her husband and their Golden Aussie, Scruff McGruff Buffington. An animal lover at heart, she is happiest exploring new places, spending time outdoors, and returning whenever she can to Montana — a place she especially loves for its wide-open beauty, mountain towns, and slower pace.
